Returns Policy and Processes
Here at Zeus Arcades, the customer comes first. We aim to provide not only simple and easy ways for you to build your own arcades, but to also provide amazing customer service.
With this in mind, if you have an issue with one of our products or a service that has been provided please reach out to our friendly customer service team. We will make every effort to ensure that you are a happy and satisfied customer!
Most items that are new and undamaged may be returned within 30 days of being delivered for a full refund. If there has been an error on our behalf, we will also cover the shipping costs for you (E.g you received the wrong item, the item was defective…).
How returns are processed:
- If your item being returned is unused and/or within the 30 day warranty period, contact the customer service team and alert them to the issue and why the item is being returned.
- The customer service team will email a return slip requesting details to identify the return.
- Ship the item(s) back to us in good packaging and enclose the return slip within the package.
- If the return is due to our error, email a shipping cost receipt to customer service
- Once the package has been received and assessed by our team, you will be notified via email and the return will be processed within 48 hours.
Turnaround times for refunds are generally within 14 days of shipping your item(s). This timeframe is inclusive of the shipping time back to our customer service team, processing on arrival and processing he refund to your original payment method.
We use both Australia Post and several courier services to get your items to you quickly and efficiently.
For those ordering a full set-up including both flat pack cabinets and DIY game kits we will endeavor to ship these together and from the same location, however there may be instances where these need to be sent from different warehouses. This will result in items arriving separetly.
Game packs, button and joystick kits and other accessories will be shipped within two business days of your order being received.
Our main warehouse is located in Queensland, however, we do hold stock in New South Wales, China, and The USA. While we will endeavor to get your items to you from our Australian warehouses, it may be quicker to ship from one of our overseas locations. Your shipping rates will not be affected by this decision. You’ll just receive your items faster!
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed, with estimated delivery times being between 2 – 12 business days. * Please note that there may be slight delays due to COVID19.
